Ingredients
- 4 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese divided
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
- 1/4 cup brine from pepperoncini peppers
- 1 1-ounce package ranch dressing mix
- 1 1-ounce package au jus gravy mix
- 1 cup milk
- 3 cups wide egg noodles 6 ounces, cooked according to package directions
- 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
- Stir together cream cheese, sour cream, 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese, melted butter, pepperoncini brine, ranch dressing mix, and au jus gravy mix in a large bowl until well combined. Stir in milk.
- Fold in cooked noodles, chicken, and pepperoncini peppers until evenly coated.
- Spread mixture into the prepared baking dish; sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese.
- Bake until hot and bubbly, 25 to 30 minutes
