Ingredients
  

  • 1 10.5-ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 1-ounce envelope onion soup mix
  • 1 0.75- to 1 ounce envelope brown gravy mix
  • 2 pounds beef sirloin tips beef stew meat, or boneless beef chuck, cubed

Instructions
 

  • Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
  • Whisk together soup, water, onion soup mix, and brown gravy mix in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Add beef cubes to the baking dish, stir to coat in the soup mixture. Cover dish tightly with foil.
  • Bake without uncovering the dish for 2 1/2 hours.
  • Serve and enjoy.
