This no-peek beef tips recipe could not be easier. With only 5 ingredients, everything goes into the pot and cooks until it's done. Serve with mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables.

- 1 10.5-ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup water
- 1 1-ounce envelope onion soup mix
- 1 0.75- to 1 ounce envelope brown gravy mix
- 2 pounds beef sirloin tips beef stew meat, or boneless beef chuck, cubed
Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
Whisk together soup, water, onion soup mix, and brown gravy mix in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Add beef cubes to the baking dish, stir to coat in the soup mixture. Cover dish tightly with foil.
Bake without uncovering the dish for 2 1/2 hours.
