14-1/2ounceseach diced tomatoes with green peppercelery and onion, undrained
1teaspoondried basil
1/2teaspoonpepper
1/2teaspoondried oregano
1/4teaspoonsalt
3cupsuncooked bow tie pasta
4cupsfresh spinachcoarsely chopped
Grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
In a 6-qt. stockpot, cook beef and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink, 6-8 minutes, breaking beef into crumbles; drain. Stir in broth, tomatoes and seasonings; bring to a boil. Stir in pasta; return to a boil. Cook, uncovered, until pasta is tender, 7-9 minutes.
Stir in spinach until wilted. Sprinkle servings with cheese.
