Ingredients
  

  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts 6 ounces each
  • 10-3/4 ounces condensed cream of chicken soup undiluted
  • 1 cup 2% milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 3/4 pound sliced deli ham chopped
  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 6 ounces reduced-sodium stuffing mix
  • 1 cup butter cut into thin slices
  • Chopped fresh parsley optional

Instructions
 

  • Place chicken in a 5- or 6-qt. slow cooker. Layer with ham and Swiss cheese. In a small bowl, mix soup, milk and pepper; pour over top. Sprinkle with stuffing mix. Layer butter slices over stuffing.
  • Cook, covered, on low 4-5 hours or until chicken is tender. If desired, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
