Our Favorite Balsamic Vinaigrette

This balsamic vinaigrette is sweet, tangy, and incredibly quick and easy to make in a jar! The dressing does not separate for at least 30 minutes once you shake it!

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 shallot minced
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Gather all ingredients.
  • Combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, shallot, garlic, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and black pepper together in a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid.
  • Replace the lid on the jar and shake vigorously until thoroughly combined.
