Ingredients
  

  • 4 to 6 ounces each salmon fillets
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 medium lemon zested and juiced
  • 1/3 cup hot honey

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°. Place salmon fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper. In a small bowl, combine hot honey, lemon zest and juice. Brush over salmon.
  • Bake 7 minutes. Brush again with honey mixture and bake 7-10 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
