  • ½ cup olive oil
  • cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • Pour vinaigrette into a clean screw-top jar or bottle. Seal with a tight-fitting lid. Shake well before serving.
