Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium banana sliced and frozen
  • cup reduced-fat milk 2%
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¾ teaspoon ground turmeric plus more for garnish
  • teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • teaspoon ground pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add frozen banana slices, ⅔ cup milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla, ¾ teaspoon turmeric and ⅛ teaspoon each cinnamon and pepper to a blender. Process until smooth, about 45 seconds.
  • Pour into a glass. Garnish with additional turmeric, if desired.
