Garlic and Herb Pull Apart Bread

This garlic and herb pull-apart bread recipe is fantastic with spaghetti. My family loves it, and my husband has even tried to eat the whole thing. Keep in mind, though, that we love garlic at our house. If you are not a fan of strong garlic, streamline the amount until you are comfortable with it.

Ingredients
  

  • cooking spray
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • 7 cloves garlic chopped
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 2 teaspoons dried rosemary crushed
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • 2 10 ounce cans refrigerated biscuit dough

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Coat a fluted tube pan (such as a Bundt) with cooking spray.
  • Combine butter, garlic, parsley, rosemary, and basil in a bowl. Separate biscuits; dip each into butter-herb mixture. Place biscuits in a random pattern into the prepared pan. Pour any remaining butter-herb mixture over biscuits.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until browned and cooked through, 15 to 20 minutes. Invert the pan on a cutting board; bread will fall out of the pan in one piece. Serve by pulling bread apart into individual servings.

Notes

After separating the dough into biscuit pieces, you can quarter the biscuit dough pieces to make pulling the loaf apart easier. Then, dip and place into the pan as per the recipe.
