- 2 medium Gala or Fuji apples cored and sliced into wedges
- 1 cup whole-milk plain strained Greek-style yogurt
- ½ cup ice cubes
- ¼ cup unsweetened oat milk
- ¼ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1½ teaspoons pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
Combine apple wedges, 1 cup yogurt, ½ cup ice, ¼ cup oat milk, ¼ cup oats, 1½ teaspoons maple syrup, 1 teaspoon each vanilla and cinnamon and ½ teaspoon nutmeg in a blender. Blend until smooth. Divide between 2 glasses.
