Ingredients
- 1 medium banana sliced and frozen
- ⅔ cup reduced-fat milk 2%
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¾ teaspoon ground turmeric plus more for garnish
- ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ⅛ teaspoon ground pepper
Instructions
- Add frozen banana slices, ⅔ cup milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla, ¾ teaspoon turmeric and ⅛ teaspoon each cinnamon and pepper to a blender. Process until smooth, about 45 seconds.
- Pour into a glass. Garnish with additional turmeric, if desired.
