Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons peanut butter
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 16 ounce package frozen mixed vegetables
Instructions
- Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, peanut butter, and garlic powder in a small bowl.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add frozen mixed vegetables; cook and stir until just tender, 5 to 7 minutes.
- Remove from heat and fold in soy sauce mixture.
