Ingredients
  

  • 8 rice papers 8 inches
  • Cooking spray
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air-fryer to 375°. Fill a shallow bowl with water. Soak a rice paper in the water just until pliable, 10-15 seconds (depending on thickness of rice paper); remove, allowing excess water to drip off.
  • Stack two rice papers on top of each other; cut into 2-in. squares with a pizza cutter. Repeat with remaining rice paper.
  • Working in batches, place rice paper pieces in air-fryer basket; arrange in a single layer. Spray lightly with cooking spray. Cook 5-7 minutes or until lightly browned, puffed and crispy.
  • In a small bowl, combine salt, garlic powder, paprika and pepper. Toss warm chips in seasoning; serve immediately.
