This slow cooker creamed corn is rich, comforting, and so easy to make in the crockpot. Cream cheese and butter make it extra silky and delicious!
Ingredients
- 1 ¼ 16 ounce packages frozen corn kernels
- 1 8 ounce package cream cheese
- ½ cup butter
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients.
- Combine corn, cream cheese, butter, milk, and sugar in a slow cooker. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook on Low for 4 to 6 hours or High for 2 to 4 hours, stirring once or twice during cooking to prevent sticking.

You can stir in cayenne pepper or smoked paprika if you like a little heat.
Garnish with chopped chives or crumbled bacon.
