Ingredients
  

  • cup whole-milk plain strained Greek-style yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sun-dried tomato oil from tomatoes jar
  • 1 tablespoon white-wine vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
  • 15- ounce cans no-salt-added cannellini beans rinsed
  • 1 small red bell pepper chopped (about 1¼ cups)
  • ½ cup chopped drained julienne-cut sun-dried tomatoes in oil with herbs
  • 2 medium scallions chopped (¼ cup)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoons pine nuts toasted

Instructions
 

  • Combine ⅓ cup yogurt, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons sun-dried tomato oil, 1 tablespoon vinegar, ½ teaspoon each garlic powder, Italian seasoning and salt and ¼ teaspoon each crushed red pepper and black pepper in a large bowl; stir well.
  • Add rinsed beans, chopped bell pepper, ½ cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes, chopped scallions and 2 tablespoons basil to the yogurt mixture; stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (and up to 1 day). Sprinkle with pine nuts.

To make ahead

Cover and refrigerate for up to 1 day. Sprinkle with pine nuts just before serving.
