Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 2 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup chilled butter diced
  • 1 ¼ cups whole milk
